Where do you get your egg whites?
This might seem like a dumb question but to buy eggs and throw away the yolks seems wasteful to me. I've looked into eggs beaters but they are rather expensive. I seem to remember seeing a half gallon size container of just liquid egg whites at my buddies but I can't find that anywhere.

I've used both but I mostly just use the eggs because its cheaper

I get egg whites in the carton. I only use it for making protein pancakes, seems to just work better. But you shouldn't avoid the yolk, it's the healthiest part of the egg.

they are kinda expensive, deff compared to just plain eggs. They are actually running a anniversary special right now, i just bought 4 gallons for right around $100

From eggs. cheap. I eat about 8 throughout each day and throw half the yolks out. When I'm not worried about fat I eat all of it. Most of the nutrients are in the yolk. B vit and minerals. The shell has a lot of minerals too but I don't eat those.
Yet.

sams club has them pretty cheap. I get 4 16 oz cartons in a box for under $8 I usually buy a few cartons of the organic eggs and toss in a few whole eggs. Cant beat a few yolks

Thanks for all the replies. How long would egg whites last in a container in the fridge? Like say I cracked 50 or 60 for the week on sunday, does anyone do that?

Personally I'd only open em as u need em. But I get well funny about poultry. U get I'll from that shit n ur losing Mega mass.
Personally for all the difference. I'll keep eating mine hard boiled. Now those I don't mind cooking for day or two. Still keep em shelled. I put 5 in each tub so if I AV em. I'm eating 5. After they cooled they're so easy to strip the shell off too.
Edit. But after the wind effect I must admit ive swapped to steak. Lol. No doubt I'll be back on em soon. Prefer the egg sarnies in seeded bread to mine tho. Not a perfect choice. But eating strict more thanb4 days no potatoes. No rice. No pasta. No noodles. Just masses of green veg n mixed veg. One Takeaway large tub. N tub full of meat be it. Chickenbreast . Turkeybreast . Steakbreast(jk) rump. blue so bad its moo in at me!!

Chicken satay! meat n meat!
Spicy Chinese beef.!chillies spice hot!
Mongolian beef.! Greens n meat!
Kinda my big refeed of 2-3 plates. Unlimited feed forvannhour directly after shake after my workout
Costs me a fiver at best mates restaurant;-)

^^^this.. u shoulda seen the BS process i had my wife go thru with those damn egg yolks!!! (OCD) i had to save my cottage cheese containers and she had to put the egg yolks in there to be saved until the day before trash pickup and then they could be discarded, otherwise i ended up with maggots in my outside trash can! needless to say it was a big pain in the ass! u say eat the yolks (which i do) but on some days i was having like 15 egg whites in my pancakes and stuff.. i aint eatn 15 yolks dammit they wont fit in my macros!
