The difference is negligible.
Well, one cup is 236.588 Milliliters. A metric cup is 250 ML. Divide macros by 236.588 and multiply by 250.
So...
0 fat, 12 carbs, 8 protein
in Metric cups is ...
0 fat, 12.68 carbs, 8.45 protein
