    Sodium intake and replacement

I'm curious as to if you track/ limit your sodium intake. I don't add salt to any of my foods but some of the foods I eat are definitely high in sodium, (cottage cheese, beef jerky, tuna, etc.). Now I work outside and I sweat like a maniac at the gym and I also hit the sauna for 15-20 minutes after my workout. I pretty much sweat like 8 or 9 hours a day so I don't see these high sodium foods in my diet being an issue but I would like some more experienced members to chime in

I use myfitnesspal. It's rediculous how much sodium i was getting when i first started keeping up with it. Needless to say I don't touch the salt shaker anymore.

I don't. Sodium intake has never been a consideration for me and I've managed to reach goals while disregarding it. That said, I don't really consume a tremendous amount of sodium-rich foods.

I only consume 1500 mg daily.
Avoiding sodium is easy so long as you avoid processed foods and cook everything yourself.
