    How to make myself eat

    Hey guys,

I've been lifting for approx. 1 1/2 years. I lift 5 times a week with no cardio. I've gained roughly 20 pounds in that time. I am currently 6' 155lbs. I can not seem to gain any weight and I know it's because of my diet. When I wake up I am not hungry until roughly 10. If i try to eat immediately upon waking up, I nearly throw up. I try to eat eggs or sometimes a protein shake. My question is how can I make myself eat to get bigger. A buddy of mine suggested a deca /test cycle but I want to get my diet in order be taking the AAS route for a good year or so.

Any suggestion on how to eat and what to eat to bulk. Thanks,

If you can handle a shake upon waking give this one a go

    1cup whole milk
    1cup water
1cup oats, I run through a coffee grinder before adding to the shake
    1cup fat free Greek yogurt
    2 scoops chocolate whey

Blend and chug, and you've already knocked out 1000 cals without chewing a bite.

Sits a little heavy on the stomach but easier than trying to force down a meal when you aren't hungry.

    and don't forget peanut butter!

yes, high fat content, but very dense calorically.

Almost like a jailhouse steroid .

But you need to eat larger amounts, and regularly.

Agree with this! Try getting some MCT oil and add 2-tsp plus a scoop of whey to your morning coffee if you drink coffee. That adds almost 300 calories to that 10 calorie coffee plus taste good. The MCT helps burn fat then wait till 10 or whenever to eat and be sure to open the flood gates then. Eat, eat, eat as much as possible. Its hard at first but like anything else you get better with practice.

I also hear a shke in the middle of your sleep works wonders. Just wait till you have to pee and drink it then. If you dont wake to pee then drink 20 oz of water right before bed then you will wake.

Thanks guys. I'll do a shake every night, morning a post workout. Luckily, my wife is pregnant and wakes up 2 to 3 times a night. I'll have her wake me up. Thanks again y'all and I'll keep you posted.

when I was doing my 4k/cal/day diet is I would actually put peanut butter in my protein shake cocktail. It was pretty damn good if I do say so myself! =)

Yea man, PB Chocolate from Optimum Nutrition. I do this now to maintain. Come August I plan to bulk, I will drop the casein for real food and do a shake mid sleep.

Come on bro. Mermaids would never last in the same moat as alligators. Let's be realistic here...

this off the beaten path but I use to do b12 injections and that really opened up my appetite. Not sure how open you are to this but get your hands on some pharm grade b12 which is water based so you can an inject with a small pin or if you are cycling mix it in with your gear. I am hungry as is all the time but before when i had pip i would cut the gear with this and my appetite was insane

You should be thankful. When I ate whatever/how ever many calories I wanted to I weighed 230lbs and even now I could easily eat 4000cals. Try adding peanut butter or olive/coconut oil for quick cals. Lots of oats for good carbs. I have a roommate who takes D aspartic acid and it has turned him into a garbage disposal and he says increases his appetite.

    Hey supercorp,
I had the same problem, I couldn't eat for 3 to 4 hs after waking. I started out small and built up to a decent meal. I will use grapes as an example, every morning 2 grapes(1"x1" cubed steak/chicken/ 1 leveled tsp pb) for a couple days then 3(cubes/ heaping tsp pb) then 4 (so on) then 5(so on). I was eating 20 minutes after waking inside of a month(coffee comes first). I just picked what I liked to eat the most started small and built it up to a meal.

start eating a little bit more everyday and eventually your stomach will be big enough to handle more food. you cant just go from your regular amount of food to double that in a day. it will take a bit to adjust. ghrp6 will def help with hunger cravings
