    my diet I wanna know if im on the right track.

    Height 5'6 weight 176 bf 25%
    daily calorie intake1,768
    Protien 200g carb 110g fats 60g
    I am currently cutting

    Lift in the am

    Breakfast
    -2scoop whey protein p 54g c 6g f 5g cal 300

    -2cup milk p 16g c 24g f 10g cal 260

    -1 toast p 3g c 21g f 1g cal 110

    -Creamy swiss cheese p 2g c 1g f 1g cal 35

    Lunch
    -3 whole large eggs p 18g c 0g f 13g cal 210

    -3 egg whites p 10g c 0g f 0g cal 48

    Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

    -2scoop butter p 0g c 0g f 12g cal 120

    -1 cup veggies p 3g c 7g f 0g cal 40

    -3 egg whites p 10g c 0g f 0g cal 48 replace with chicken, carb and veggie

    -2scoop butter p 0g c 0g f 12g cal 120 is this butter on your veggies? if so i would personally cut it down or eliminate it

    -1 cup veggies p 3g c 7g f 0g cal 40 maybe cut in half and eat half at lunch and half at dinner, or just add another serving of veggies for the day

    -Snack granola p 3g c 17g f 9g cal 160 i would personally take this out

    Dinner
    -6oz grilled chicken strips p 38g c 4g f 3g cal220 see above

    -2scoop whey protien p 54g c 6g f 5g cal300

    thats personally what i would do.

    Thanks heath the milk I did use it for my whey protein and I will take out the butter and the granola

    Not sure without total macros. I figured someone else would be in here by now. With cutting I usually cut out all dairy but that's me, and I also keep all my carbs close to my workouts. Figure up total macros for everything and post back but it looks like all quality food. Also not saying you have to cut out the snack bar, I just don't like them.

    I agree with Heath regarding the milk. It may not cause you to lose a ton more weight but most folks' bodies don't digest it well so it will make you more bloated. Cutting it out will make you look leaner even if you don't lose any additional weight.

    If you're having issues with the consistency, throw egg whites (just use the stuff in a carton as its pasteurized) in with the water and it makes it much creamier. Delicious.
