Short, safe, simple answer: you should eat the same as you normally would, but allow for twice the caloric excess when bulking, and twice the caloric deficit when cutting.
(i.e. if you would normally bulk at 500 cals over TDEE, make it 1000 on cycle. The inverse goes for cutting)

But Is not during the eat steroids author protein increased amount of protein needed permission more and thus increase the carbohydrates and fats
I was thinking of from 800 to 900 grams of carbohydrates and 400 to 700 grams of protein

Best thing to do is check the threads here already written about bulking and cutting. These are fantastic guidelines that should help you understand your specific needs based on your own current LBM and TDEE so you can develop a plan that will help you gain LBM or reduce your bf% effectively.
