Is there any particular difference if I am eating 8 egg whites a day from store bought vs the farm fresh eggs I buy from a farm which I eat two of those with the yoke. I am just considering it money wise if the egg whites are similar.

It depends on the farm are these chickens organic or full of pesticides ? I was doing that for awhile and then was told by a farmer friend that it depends on what they are feeding the chickens. I now just buy Natures Best Egg whites from Costco and mix them into my protein shakes. Saves me a lot of money and I get what I really want the egg white. I do eat some boiled eggs has well Omega 3 is what I buy from the same place Costco 18 eggs for 4.50 isn't bad.
