Sodium intake? Egg whites?
Hey guys... So I started tren up, I was told to watch my sodium intake. I just realized I go thru a half carton of those liquid All Whites egg whites. Which has 75g sodium a serving. So I get 825g sodium just from the egg whites alone. It also has 825g potassium, does that cancel it out?
I LOVE egg whites, they are the staple of my diet. I cook them up on the stove throughout the day. I take in about 1500g sodium a day. Drink at least a gallon of water a day, usually comes out to 1.5..
Anyway, what do you think? What is your sodium intake look like while on AAS?
