I looked through the stickies and am going through a bit of information overload... All of the bulking cycle threads are great. TDEE + 500 cal with correct macros required etc. Does this take into account the effects of your gear? So my TDEE is 3500 cal. I'll need 4000 cal when I start to bulk. Is that irrespective of whether I start my test-e cycle at the same time, or would I need more due to the ability to put on lean mass faster?
I'm sure it's in the stickies somewhere, so feel free to just point me in the right direction if so.
