    Need some diet advice

    Hi I work hard all day doing concrete work... Burn many calories .. I eat mainly meat veggies and a half gallon of milk or so a night as well as eggs for breakfast and a sandwich and Greek yogurt for lunch ... Gains are slow... Never ran a cycle before ... I work out 3 times a week

    How about you list your diet detailing all foods, calories and macros. And tell us why you don't eat much in the way of complex carbs? You won't be eating enough to gain but let's have a look.
