    Recalculating Macros

Hey guys, i am just recalculating my tdee for cutting and my macros to go with it.

    so i am now 82.5kg around 16%bf
my maintenance is around 2300 so 1800 for cutting
i split my macros by PROTEIN40/CARB35/FAT25
gives me 158C/180P/50C. are these macro's sufficient for my weight?

2300cals PLUS your additional activity (gym) will be closer to your TDEE. 1800 cals would be way too low for you to cut.

so say i go 2300x1.25 (i train 1.5 hours and the rest of the day im on my ass) it gives me 2875 - 500, so i should be cutting at roughly 2300 not 1800

Work it out weekly. You probably burn approx 400cals per hour. If you train 7 days a week x 1.5 hours then your calculations are close. If you work out 4 days then spread those workout calories over 7 days and recalculate your daily figures.

You should still lose weight although the rate will be slower. But it should help preserve your muscle tissue. I prefer a 50/30/20 split.

    Can you detail your workout?
