Official weigh in day 192.4lbs. So that's a zero weight gain despite the diet debachery over the last 4 weeks.

Looks alot but that totalled only 17 working sets and was complete in 60 minutes. In my old workout my flat chest wallowed my incline. Splitting it like this meant I lifted almost 20% more weight and for more reps on my flat press.
Bailed out on all cardio this week except heavily cutting back a bay tree in my garden which took almost 2 hours including tidy up so I'm gonna use that and start gym cardio next week. ProbablyNO SOURCES GIVEN

Lying leg curls
Romanian deadlifts
Seated neutral grip row
Wide grip machine row
Trap/rhomboid retraction on same machine as previous exercise
Straight bar bicep curls
Was blowing a bit, it's probably 5 week nearly since I trained hard. No cardio in that time hasn't helped either.
Had a lovely curry for my cheat meal last night, probably close on 1500cals for that one meal!!!!!!!!NO SOURCES GIVEN

so the tea was sweet to you huh?? LOL it is supposed to be! did u try it with lemon i hope? u could also reduce the amount of sugar from 1 cup to 3/4 or even 1/2 depending on ur taste. i prefer it very sweet. we call it bubble gum tea as it is as sweet as bubble gum

Weekly weigh in after my 9 day calorie deficit. Somehow I GAINED a little!! Back at 193lbs dead.
Same weight now for 2 months, it's time to push on a gain. I am in London all afternoon and evening tomorrow but will take most of my meals and then have a birthday party at a steak and burger restaurant to attend Sauturday. I will have a work on my diet to start Tuesday but it will look something like this
3500cals (approx 300 over maintenance)
260g protein
460g carbs
60-70g fat
Had a good workout this morning but have definitely done something to my left thumb. Even pinching a 5kg plate between thumb and fingers was extremely painful. Still, good practice as its tattoo day tomorrowNO SOURCES GIVEN
