Chest day. A good day. Up in reps or weight on every set except the final set of the day (seated calf raises). Definitely seeing improvement in my chest, particularly my least favourite upper inner area.

I am going to up my cals by 100 from Friday and up my cardio to take into account that increase. I a, going away in 3 weeks so just trying to be a little leaner without reducing net calories. My weight has been exactly the same every day for the last 6 days on my current regime. So, from Friday my new macro's will be

    Carbs 450
    Pro 250
    Fat 50-60

Currently 3 x 20mins PWO moderate intensity. Gonna up each of those to 35mins, that should account for about 700 additional cals.

Had 3 good lifting sessions since I last updated and one hell of a cheat weekend!

Yesterday a managed to kick the French doors pretty hard and have 2 very sore, and bruised, toes. That probably cost me a couple of reps on my leg workout today and I doubt I will be training calves or running this week but I will try.

    It's hot. Damned hot

    Thanks gents

Had an excellent chest workout today, 6 working sets and done Been focusing on my upper chest recently hitting it first in every chest workout for the last 6 months. I think it's working so I'm gonna keep it that way at least until my gym gets a Hammer strength chest press.

I'm sure it will take as long to get here as that package I sent you did. I have a lemon ready and waiting and it's really hot and sunny still over here so it will be more than welcome

Today should have been weigh in day but as soon as I rolled out of bed I had a sudden urge for a Brad Pitt. I weighed after said Bradley and was still a little heavier than last week. That's good but I will do a proper weigh in tomorrow.

Nothing to do today but sand the garden furniture, pack some moving boxes and watch lots of The Ashes

I don't have sky sports, I missed the lions and the ashes this year. Not happy.

My weight has slowly increased from 246 to 250 but body fat calipers are staying consistent. I'm
Confused because I'm on a 500kcal deficit lol.

Good luck with tomorrow's weigh in mate, you're chest is looking very good. Post up some more posed shots for us soon? It's been a month since competition ended almost? I want to see your progress

I didn't see too much of the Lions tbh. Not really a rugby fan. First Ashes test was awesome, hope we continue to give them a good spanking!

I weigh the same as I did, maybe a little more fat (came off any gear 1 week after comp end) and just running a maintenance so no physical progress (just getting stronger ) Posed shots? Probably not til my next cycle but I am trying to resolve my TRT with the NHS before I can do that.

The Ashes = cricket. England v Australia. Consisting of 5 matches up to 5 days each. For the next 4 days I get to choose between the cricket, the British Open golf and cricket. It's a hard life

Cricket is a fairly slow game, but it's weirdly enjoyable to watch. I can't comment on the link to baseball as I've never seen a game. I guess you mean as much as, 1 team fields and the other bats? Then swap.
