    Hey guys!

I want to make sure that my calculation is not off, always weighted my food cooked, few days ago started weighing uncooked.

    Ok,

If the label say 20g of protein per 100g uncooked(lean ground beef) and I will cook 250g but after I will end up with 200g after the water will go away.

I will still have 50g of protein right?

You're cooking the fat and water out of it, so whatever the weight is pre-cooked is all you need to pay attn to. Think beef jerky. A 1lb steak will shrink down to the size of a piece of thick bacon but still contains the same amount of protein that it did as a 1lb steak.
