    I thought tilapia was suppose to be healthy????

    Just recently I started eating tilapia and I was looking into it online and found these articles, any of you guys and girls, believe this or is it all bs??

    My understanding is that many of these concerns are legit. Definitely low in omega-3. But I still have tilapia on occasion for convenience. But there's better choices out there.

    LOL I noticed that too. Omaha steaks but thats like what they like to call "gourmet". How lazy would someone have to be to order perishable groceries online.

    I use to eat quite a bit of tilapia from sams, I found out they are farmed in china and packaged here in the states. My thoughts are if they are the biggest country to counterfeit most supplements; then, I wonder what they are putting in their fish?

    Tilapia is not the best of fish, it is healthy in terms of its macronutrient profile, thats all. Its the lowest end fish thats why it is so cheap.
