    Cals burned during work

My work has me on my feet moving, lifting stuff the entire work day (union laborer for bricklayers). Is there any way to calculate all of the calories that I'm burning during my work day? I just started working with this company and going full bore all day make me worried about the diet that I'm currently on isn't going to be sufficient enough.
Obviously I need to up it but I'm not sure on how much I need to. Do I up everything or just cals?

It's quite simple. If you're losing weight on your diet then you're under TDEE. If you're gaining weight then you're over. And if you stay the same then you're at TDEE. It'll just take some experimenting on your part.

I also had this issue a few years back. It was a lot of trial and error to find my sweet spot as far as cals go. Also I try to consume more carbs than protein during the week (when I work)
