    Summer bulker

    How do you guys do it? I live in the south and my job keeps me outside or on the move alot. My stomach is telling me to eat but when I try to it feels like ive been kicked in the stomach borderline nauseated. I count on protein shakes a fair amount but I'm done after that.

    I'm in a similar situation as you. My work has me going constantly. It's like I'm working out all day. I just force the food down. It gets easier as you go. Your stomach will slowly stretch. How much water are you drinking? I drink close to 2 gal a day because I sweat so much. If your getting dehydrated it will make you feel nauseous

    I drink 1 gallon a day at work. My job requires alot of idle time waiting on somebody to do something stupid so I gotta go from 0 to 100 really fast. I'm pretty much forcing it down now and I avoid certain foods.
