    Carbs right after workout...

    Hey guys!

I used to drink my post w. shake right after shower with around 80g of maltodex/glucose mix.

Now I am cutting and having just 50g of Whey, 5g glutamine, 5g creatine and 1g C vit. right after and than 45-60min later meal(chicken+rice)

    And like it pretty much...

What are the pros and cons of consuming carbs right after?

Hey buddy! I think it depends on your goals!

I personally don't consume anything for 30-40mins after a workout, then I have 150g cottage cheese and 4 scrambled eggs. I am currently cutting, when I go back to bulking, ill probably introduce more carbs PWO.

No pros... No cons.... Makes no difference... This is simply over thinking things
