bit of help with my cutting diet please
i've been trying to cut up or the last month or so now and have lost a bit of BF and seen noticeable results but seem to have hit a wall and cant seem to shift that extra fit of BF around my stomach, obviously my diet is off somewer so if someone could point out where (or all of it ) thanks...
5.45am wake up - 20g protein whey shake
6.15 - 7.00 cardio workout (in a bootcamp)
8.30 3 eggs, handful of chicken/turkey and half tin tuna
10.30 100g cottage cheese and fruit
11.30 20g protein shake
1.30-2.00 salad with a small handful brown pasta with chicken breast
4.30 tin of mackerel (in sunflower oil or tomato sauce)
5.30 weight training (another bootcamp session occasionally if i have the time)
30g protein shake straight after
8.00 chicken and veg (usually)
inbetween i eat about 2-3 portions of fruit but nothing after my last meal.
the weekend i find it hard to keep to the diet as i dont have the routine of work.
any help would be great cheers
