    I plan to open someone's eyes to realise what actually matters.... People sweat the small stuff in this game way too much... I want to give someone a set of instructions and have them stick with the plan and see the results... Whatever the goal I will see it as a challenge and we will hit that goal while maintaining a balanced lifestyle... That's a biggie for me, I'm preaching more balance now too....

    I have a tracking tool I'm looking to put into place too and need someone to run a trial with it so that I can tweak the peramiters to get it perfect.
