    Nutritional plan help

I'm 19, 6'2 and currently around 176. 2 years ago i was roughly 247, so my progress has come a long way. I work out a minimum of 6 times a week for roughly 1.5 hours at a time. I've experienced a fat loss plateau for the past month, and have even used aids like carnitine, CLA, and Detonate by Gaspari Nutrition. i consume anywhere from 1500-1900 calories on a normal day, never really exceed 2000 calories. My main goals are improving strength and getting a lean hard shredded look. What should I do to get the results i'm looking for?

    What r ur macros?

Sounds to me like u have dieted on too low calories for too long and hit a wall... U now have nowhere to go.... Because ur only eating a max of 1900 cals

If this is the case u need to take a break... Slowly increase carbs and keep the cardio going...
