    Body fat calipers

What's the best body fat caliper to get. I've seen the cheap looking plastic ones and a digital one

9 site calipers will do. But the most accurate way to measure is to have a bodpod assessment done.

From what I have read, DXA scans are the most accurate. BOD POD estimates are very close and cheaper though.

DXA scan will be within fractions of a bodpod, no way on earth I'd spend the extra $60. BodPod actually calculates the air in your lungs, DXA scan does not. So I don't know how much more accurate it really is.

But it's nice to see individual body parts and the fat % in each. (not that you can do anything about it, but still interesting)
