    Pre workout meal

    Hey just wondering how "Pre" you guys eat your Pre-workout meal.
    i want to take my Pre-workout supplements on an empty stomach. how long before should i eat my Pre workout meal before the supplements, is there a certain window or it doesn't matter and can be hours before?

    2-1 hours befor your workout

    There is no real 'window'... Howevere it's a good idea to have a decent meal a few hrs prior to lifting

    I always eat pre-workout. I have done hour before as down to 30 minutes. Two hours seems to be best for me. ...crazy mike
