Alright so I'm new here! And I am leaving for Canada to play hockey in late August. I'm trying to cut, and was wondering if y'all would help me with that.


Like I said, new to the forum, and ready to learn!

Gym-Fitness 19 canton, MI
Height-5'8"
Weight-220 as of post workout today
BF%23-27%

Diet consists of mostly water, protein shakes, pre workout shake, lunch, usually turkey and cheese samich, and dinner is what ever ma is cookin! Usually pasta or some sort of meat!

Please help me out! Trying to leave the states in great shape!
