    A little help

First off let me give you my current stats

    Age-24
    Weight- 193-198 ?
    Height 5'11

So around 2-3 months ago My weight was near 215 so yes I have lost some weight and bf. Recently I've ben stuck in the 193-198 weight range. Its funny one day I'll weight 194 then a couple days later ill weight in at 198.5. I know muscle weighs more then fat, and yes I am weight lifting but is this off balance weight usual? My diet is clean, so its not like i'm eating poorly. Heres a link I posted last week about some of my results so far.http://forums.steroid.com/members-pi...2-results.html I can see muscle gains, but I'm really after bf% loss and its kind of frustrating not seeing a steady weight.

Could be anything dude, what do your current diet/macros look like?

Your weight will fluctuate usually not that much but it's possible, down to sodium intake/cardio/measurement timings/training. Chances are it's water.

Has your diet changed since you went from 215 to 198? If it hasn't then chances are your maintaining, the diet needs to change as your weight does. You could either be eating to much or not enough but without knowing what your diet and macros look like its hard to say.

Generally my weight is +/- 2-3lbs daily. I hover at that 186-189 range lately. Could be as simple as diet for the last 24hrs. How much water you're holding on to, have you taken a shit, etc.
if your loss has started to plateu start tinkering with your diet. Take away 1-200 calories a day. Lower your carbs. Up your cardio. Etc.
any and all of these can help
