I would say change your questions to when should you intake carbs (night, day, morning) and what types simple or complex. Im sure there is already a forum about this as I recall.
None of that timing stuff matters as baseline said. Just get your macros in and you're good.
As for protein, I personally try not to go over 1.5 X LBM. Even 1.2 is fine. But at the end of the day, you just have to see what works for you. Most folks eat way too much protein.
