    Foods For Cutting

    I want to start cutting and lose some body fat but don't know to many food choices Also if any one has tried to carb cycle and if it worked for them.

    If your looking for more volume larger portions of vegetables/salad will help fill a hole. If the foods you currently are eating have worked then stick to them just lower the amounts to fit your macros for a cut.

    Easiest thing to do is to cut down your sugar/carb intake. Whole grains, fruit and even some vegetables are often thought to be "healthy" but are in reality very high in sugar and can/will cause excess weight gain.
