    Coconut Juice

What are the general thoughts about coconut juice around here? The stuff I have in front of me here is 100% young coconut water from Thailand, no other ingredients, and it is 120 calories, 140mg of sodium, 30g of carbs, 28g of sugar. I hear it's good for hydration and some vitamins like potassium, etc., but I thought I'd ask more than just what I hear

Put the lime in the coconut and drink it all up.

Never really had coconut juice, so I'm interested in opinions as well.

I like to drink it after my workout. From what I hear its great form of potassium and electrolyytes and hydrates the hell out of u. As long as it fits your macros drink one or half of one a day.
