I'm 33yrs old, 5'6", 185lbs, 12-15%BF(rough estimate...have decent abbs when flexing, but alil luv handle, small amount of lower abb pudge), meso-ecto body type, lifting since 1998, 4 Test E cycles ( 2 within last 2 years). I plan to cycle 1-2 times per year

I'm trying a 40P 40C 20F macro ratio diet based on my TDEE of about 2400cal. My plans/ goals are to use a 300cal surplus (2700 cals) to bulk without gaining too much fat. I also plan on using cardio through out the week.

My question is....What should I do on off days? I was thinking about stopping carbs except for veggies, and increasing fats to maintain near 2700cals. Is this the right way to go about this?? My concern is...if I should, "How much should I increase fat?" Should I increase protein intake on off days too??

I'm a little confused
