Hey guys.. I followed the sticky thread and calculated my bmr and tdee. Is it accurate to eat based on my tdee say like I eat 200 to 300 calories lesser based on my tdee while cutting ? Thanks !

You can start at 200kcal under tdee and go slowly down to around 500!
