What form of cheese has lowest cabs - or, the lowest glycemic carbs?

Cheese (natural) has very few carbs. If you buy cheese spread or dip on the other hand - watch out!

I eat a lot of fat free cottage cheese. If ur talking about cheese for your burgers I use provolone more so cause its less fat then most
