Hi I'm Sam I'm 6foot 150-155lbs 31 years old. Ive always been pretty cut and in shape, I just can't seem to put on weight. I've been forcing 5 to 6 meals the last few months, with the same results pretty much. My goal is 180-190. Is ther supplements I should be taking or is it my diet? I just don't see how I could eat anymore. The end of the day my stomach is destroyed and I feel miserable.
