    My before-bed meal

Just wanted to share what I eat before bed and I think it's taste

I mix together in a cup
250grams of greek yogurt 0% fat or cottage cheese 2% fat
1 scoop of whey protein (I prefer whey cause cottage cheese has already casein)
    1 spoon of penut butter

    all together gives me around:
    50 grams of protein
depends if greek yogurt or cottage cheese I get around 10 grams of carbs
Around 10 grams of good fats

I am the kind of person that hate cottage cheese and greek yogurt, I hate even the smell, but to me this is really taste, if you prefer it more sweet you can add some stevia.

    Hope you like it

    Me too, OP!
Usually I add blueberries or strawberries. Sometimes a half-can of tuna.

I go for the Total 0% fat...I think it has 4 g of carbs every 100g, so for 250g it has 10 grams of carbs, 25 grams of proteins and 0 g of fat, I add penut butter and one schoop of whey in order to have 50g of protein slow and fast acting.
