okay so im on a npp/test cycle trying to add size and cut fat so heres my daily diet
meal 1:
60g oats
50g whey protein
table spoon almond butter
creatine & BCAA'S
coffe about half hour after this ^^
TRAIN
meal 2: PWO within 5 mintues of finishing training
50g whey protein
creatine & BCAA'S
meal 3:
10oz sirloin steak
medium sweet potato
meal 4: (hour after meal 3)
150gg cottage cheese
handfull of grapes
meal 5:
5 whole eggs (omlet)
handfull mushrooms
meal 6:
200g chicken breast
table spoon peanut butter
meal 7:
5 whole eggs (scrambled)
to be fair this is what ive eaten today it varis but is always along them lines. am i doing good for my goals yes, eating every 2-3 hours.
