I agree with him on a couple things.
1. Protein supplements/powders are overrated. True. I never use them.
2. People overthink protein way too much.
His math skills, not so much...
0.7 grams per pound body weight is 119 grams of protein, since he weighs 170. Not 130 like he says.
But in all seriousness, who multiplies protein intake by total body weight? And .7 grams per lb? I would turn into David Spade in a week! That kid needs a cheeseburger!
