My day begins at 5:00 a.m. I take my preworkout and vitamins. I run, jog, sprint 2-4 miles. Then I head to the gym drink my BCAA's along the way. Do my weight lifting session with 1/2 hr in between break. I take my protein drink. I snack on a grapefruit, apple, or mango. Lunch is chicken, and veggies usually broccoli or I have a salad. I will again snack on almonds or yogurt. Finally dinner is a Eziquiel bread or tortilla with a slice of romano or 2% fat swiss cheese or a slice of avacado. Water with lemon or tea to drink. I workout 5 to 6 days of the week. However, my weight does not move. I'm stuck at 140 no matter what diet I try or how I change up my routines. I'm 53 and post menopausal so my hormones are not of a young person but I have no health issues. I eat clean all week but after two weeks I cave in by eating an ice cream cone because no weight is coming off. According to the calculator I have a 21 bf. I don't drink and I don't smoke.
