Thread: What should i eat to gain muscle at my camp

    Okay i work out of town 2 weeks at a time. Ill put what i get served if people can tell me what to eat as far as what fits on plate (say like half plate egg whites. How many piece bacon. How much oatmeal or hashbrowns)

    27 yrs old. Not on juice
    180 lbs about 18-20% bf
    5"11

    For breakfast they serve: hashbrowns, pancakes, oaytmeal, cream of wheat, chicken n turkey aausages. Toast. egg whites. Fried eggs. Regular scrambled eggs. Ham

    For lunch: yogurt t. Greek. Cottage cheese. Tuna, ham, egg salad sandwiches. burritos, whole eggs, veges, egg mcmuffins

    Dinner; roast chicken, sirloin. Uncle bens brown or white rice. Brown pasta. Salmon. Mashed potatoes. Veges. Pizza. Fries.

    You sure about that body fat? If that's the case, I would be cutting, not gaining. But to cut or gain, you need to look at the sticky threads that will teach you how to do so...

    I age with austinite. You should.be cutting fat. You don't want to lose muscle while you do it so eat the proteins. Watch the carbs and as little exogenous fat as possible. Here is what I would stick to (I was over 30% last year):

    For breakfast they serve: , oaytmeal, cream of wheat, Toast. egg whites. Regular scrambled eggs. Ham

    For lunch: yogurt t. Greek. Cottage cheese. Tuna, ham, egg salad sandwiches, whole eggs, veges,

    Dinner; roast chicken, sirloin. Uncle bens brown or white rice. Brown pasta. Salmon. Mashed potatoes. Veges.
