Any reccomendations or alterations to current diet

    Hey Guys,

I haven't posted in years, i've got myself back in full force to gym trying to do things right, so i'll keep this short to make it easy on the eyes.

Current Goal: 10% bf while maintaining what little muscle i have.
After goal is complete go into a "lean bulk" staying at a low BF%

    Stats:

    Age: 29
    Height: 5 7"
    Weight: 134lbs ( current )
    SW : 139lbs
    BF: 12-14% ( pics attached )
    TDEE: 2298

    Current eating habits:

    Meal # 1

    2 Whole Eggs
    2 Tbsp Flax Seed
    1/2 Cup Oatmeal
    1 scoop Whey

    P/C/F
    50/35/19 - 500 Calories

    Meal # 2

    7 oz chicken breast
    1 cup of broccoli
    1 oz Almonds

    52/14/19 - 383 Calories

    Meal #3 ( pwo)

    7 oz Chicken Breast
    1 cup of broccoli
    4 oz Sweet Potato

    48/39/5 - 355 Calories

    Meal # 4 ( post-wrk)

    1 cup 100% Grape Juice
    1 scoop Whey

    31/41/1 - 280 Calories

    Meal # 5

    6 oz Talipia
    1 cup of Broccoli

    48/6/5 - 250 Cal

    Totals
    229/135/49 - 1768 Cal

Any input is taken with an open mind. I have been running this for about 2 weeks.

    Appreciate any advice.

appreciate the suggestion kronik420 but at this point im trying to cut to 10% and lean bulk once i achieve this goal. You can only gain about to 1-2lbs per month of actual muscle, im in no rush to bulk up risk higher bf% and than have to spend more time to lose it for the same amount of growth i can achieve by just being patient putting in the work and training hard.
