    Good carb sources when cutting

    What are some good carb sources that burn slow and give me energy longer and don't cause a spike?

    It doesnt really matter what you eat but try to eat as much whole foods as possible... Mainly because it gives you a lot of food volume which will make you feel like your eating more than you actually are...

    And lets say you have a sweet tooth when dieting > i'm doing sugar free jello and whip cream....its almost water via the nutrition facts
