I'm eating 4000 cals per day .
And my macros ratio look like this. 55%carbs 25%protein 20%fats.

I'm have a hard time to eat so much food due to my time table . It's ok to make my ratio look like this ? 50%cabrs 20%protein 30% fats ( and I still consume 1g protein per pound of body weight). Will it make me store more fats?
