    Fats ??

    I'm eating 4000 cals per day .
And my macros ratio look like this. 55%carbs 25%protein 20%fats.
    167lbs
    171cm
    11%bf

I'm have a hard time to eat so much food due to my time table . It's ok to make my ratio look like this ? 50%cabrs 20%protein 30% fats ( and I still consume 1g protein per pound of body weight). Will it make me store more fats?

    My s

No. do not increase fat and decrease protein. Even if bulking, you should keep the ratios at about 50/40/10. Protein is the building material. Carbohydrates are the energy source. Fat is the lubricant. You need some fats iin your diet, but you'll store excess fat as fat. Are you trying to get fat?

Make sure the fat you eat directly is good fat, too such as flax oil, peanut oil, olive oil. Saturated / trans fats will clog your arteries and kill you.

Most people way overdo the protein. I'd put you at 210-220g max. Add 70-80g max from fats and make up the remainder with carbs.

50/40/10 is 50% protein 40% carbs not the other way around. Excess carbs get converted to fat. To much protein and youre likely to just poop it out. Protein doesn't generally convert to fat, not easily.

I'm at about 225 and I'm eating 4500 - 5500 calories and trying to increase that. I have to look at my intake but I think I'm getting 500ish protein and that's fine. Unless youre eating 1000g daily and not exercising you don't have to worry about 'too much' protein.

BiB is right... Most people do overdo the protein, including me lol but it's hard to eat as much as I have to eat to maintain let alone try to lean bulk (even more clean calories) and keep the fat and carbs in check. Daily diet, that is not carb cycling or doing something deliberate short term, I store carbs as fat readily. The only place I can play with my numbers is either clean healthy fats or protein. Protein usually wins.
