Early Morning workout nutrition help
Hey guys I am gonna have to hit the weights early for a week or so at around 6:30-7:00 am and was wondering what is the best protocol for a workout this early. I am trying to do a lean bulk but of theres a benefit of fat loss this early ill do it and I am just hitting shoulders and traps. Ill be getting up at 6 so should I eat a small breakfast wait 30 min then get to it or would it be a better Idea to have a protein shake and some simple sugar to fuel me through? I have a time constraint so I have to be out by 6:30 and back by 7:40. Thanks
