So your BMR is 2000, whats your TDEE? Why are you on cycle if you didnt already have a diet plan in place? Whats the macro breakdown for the foods youre eating?
You're 8-9% bodyfat, but looking to lean up? You should be shredded at that. Post up pictures please, I doubt you're that low if you still feel you need to lean up.
I train 4 days/ week so accordin to the calculations i need around 3000 calories to maintain.
I have a diet plan but am asking to make sure am on the right path.
50% proteins
35% carbs
25% fat
Giving 110%!

I'd like to see some pics myself. Only because so few people get in the 8-9 percent bf range and I'd like to see how it looks. I'd take those calculators with a grain of salt. But then again you may want to take what I say with a grain of salt! From my experience they run a bit on the high side on how many calories you need to consume.
Recalculate your macros so we can check what you are actually doing. Perhaps you meant 40/35/25? And 2400 doesn't sound like a bad place to start. Just keep a close eye on how you respond and adjust accordingly based on your metabolism. Log everything you eat or drink for reference. No guessing or estimating.

i still have some lower like layer of skin or maybe fat, maybe water retention. i dunno! thats what i mean by i wana cut and lean up more.

Just keep doing what your doing.... Watch the scale....
My weight is fluctuating now, its my 3rd week on test prop, anavar and masterone propionate.
was 85 now am 90! same calories and i am looking more vascular and more defined, maybe am expecting too much too soon. will see in my 5th week.
