Hello, i need some advice, 3 years ago i was at 110 kg, now i have 85 kg and i think i hit the plateau, what can i do to go under 80 kg ? please help, i dont know what to do more, 20 min of cardio i see doesnt help me, i go to gym 2 days on 1 days off because of my job..
