    CKD Diet

    Hey guys!

So I'm about to give the cyclic ketogenic diet a shot. Based on my weight of 225 and bf% around 17, here are some numbers I came up with:

    2715 calories
    35 g carbs
    205 g protein
    195 g fat

For those of you who have tried ketosis, how does this look?

take a look at this mate, a great read on CKD.

I have tried it, I have tried most diets lol..........they all work, some more than others.........what I am realising in whatever way you diet i.e ckd, 40/40/20, tkd, iifym, back loading etc etc........getting your TDEE, macro and calorie needs in check is the most important part of all them (even though some of the above say you don't need to count them) most people do, I am definitely one of them. there are of coursem some people who never count anything and will always look a hundred times better than me lol. soooooooooo pickle again

try it mate and see what you can live with and what works.

Thanks, guys. So one more question, What kind of foods should I be eating that have high fat, high protein, and no carbs? Also, on my 2 re-feed days, what should my macros be? I know it's essentially high carbs, high protein and very little fat, but what should the percentages be like? Can anyone help me out with a precise number estimate?
