    So I've just watched Milos sarcev "secret of the pros"on nutrition and I have to say "WOW" this as really got me thinking what direction I need to be going and what I need to be focusing on more.
    Who as watched this and as help them out?what's all your views on it?

    I have watched this a few times over the years, excellent information very well put together, if you followed what he says you will not go far wrong, though it is a bit out dated on some peoples thought paths on nutrition, i.e timing of meals, types of foods etc are not as big as a concern as they once were. (though this is all so argued on lol)

    ive never seen this untill i watched it and i was shocked how much info that was given that can work well for me as im started takening my training so serious now
