If i lose 7 pounds in 2 days is that muscle lose?

I'm a bartender and sometimes it's hard for me to get meals in on busy nights. running 600mgs a week of test but this goes for when I'm
Off cycle too. I normally supplement with high calorie protein drinks on work days but disnt have any this weekend. I usually eat 6 to 7 meals a day. Within two days of work I had only three meals on both days and loss 7 pounds. Bartending could be considered hours of low intensity cardio on busy nights. Is that 7 pounds more than likely fat loss and or having an empty stomach or is some of that actually muscle loss also?

Most likely, just mix 1 cup oatmeal with two scoops of whey and keep it in a cooler. NY law says they have to give you a break after 6 hrs but even if you can't it only takes 60 sec to chug a shake.

Water weight. Heck you can lose several lbs just by sleeping. But not being able to eat several meals throughout the day shouldn't affect your gains. Make up those calories after/before work. So long as you get your macros in within that 24 hours, you'll be fine.

Most likely water weight or a faulty scale. You run 600mgs/test/week all year long?

Yes this. You'll more likely drop water if ur not sipping that h2o constantly. Tub some food up that u can snack on when the punters aren't waiting. N yeh every 6hr you HAVE to have a break. Take it. And eat;-)
Oh n if ur running same amt of test all year ur receptors will become used to it. U need to have a complete break. Failing that blast n cruise.

No way. 600mgs of test year round isn't that bad for you. Even trt wouldn't be that much. Only been running for 9 weeks. This is my first cycle ever. Will be finished in a few weeks and will go on pct a couple weeks after last test injection. Then will start new cycle 12 weeks after pct

Didn't say bad. Just will become ineffective as the body slowly adapts.
