    I'm totally bored with my Diet and i'm trying to put on mass

    I made this thread because maybe people will post reciepes and other things that taste good and are nutritious.
    Sometimes i eat potato chips, but it's only cause they taste good and i get bored of lean chicken, steak, vegetables, fish, oatmeal, oat cereal, and eggs. I think i'm going to make some brown rice tonight. sometimes i just want a nasty fukin' pizza, or some other shit with corn syrup in it. I just get bored of the same shit over and over. and my damn GF is expensive!!! i wish she'd just dump me!

    Are you bored with your diet like me?

    is it hard to eat the same crap over and over?

    Oh yea, I agree.
    1. I have to trade chicken off for other proteins sometimes.
    2. Not a recipe, but it's more palatable if I simply cut the chicken or beef in different shapes - trade cubes for strips, etc.
    3. If you're hungry for something (say pizza for example) try putting pizza spices on the same ole chicken. It works!

    I get a lot of recipes from Eatingwell.com. Most are healthy and at the end of the day IIFYM.......

    Yeah, watching your diet sucks and can get boring. The key is to mix it up, for instance Italian, Mexican, Morracan how many different ways does each of those have to make chicken, or beef, pork or fish? mix it up but have fun.

    Garlic powder on chicken. Homemade olive spray. Veg/sweet potato/green Ben's/brown rice get moved around. My cheat is adding bit if low fat cheese to the sweet potato now n again. Eggs. Scramble. Boil. Olive fry. Just change the way you deliver it to yourself as said above.
