    Diet : a little change

Ok, so I have been eating really healthy and now I am at the stage where I need little something different to get a little taste. Steamed cooked lean chicken and beef only with black pepper or chilly sauce and fresh lemon. Boiled vegetables, dry rise and egg whites also including Oat meals. I got the best results in short time, no doubt,

Well now I am at the position where I am hungry because of intense training and I want to eat but I have to FORCE myself to eat this. Sometime I can't swallow it and use water to push it in. It's dry and tasteless.

Tonight my girlfriend changed it a little by putting soya sauce into vegetables and used one tea spoon olive oil to cook beef in fry-pan after steam cook. She also made chicken (steam cook) but put sweet chilly sauce into. Well It was extremely tasty after eating dry and tasteless food for months.

My questions is how do you guys feel about

    1. Soya sauce and olive oil cooked vegetables?
    2. What do you think about sweet chilly sauce?

Is this going to destroy my diet ? Or is it ok to use it?

Please help me guys as I don't wanna destroy my diet and months of efforts just for taste

    Regards

If it helps n works just use it bow and again. Olive oil is good for you. Some ppl add this to most of there meals. Remember we need good fats in us. Just ensure salts low. Sugars low n bad fats low. ;-) have fun n experiment. There's recipes in the stickies ;-)

Thanks for your reply, what about soya sauce and sweet chilly?

I don't want to experiment anything at this stage as soon I will be on cycle, so believe I should just drop it?

alright mate, what are you training for? a bodybuilding show? a fight? a run? to look good on the beach?

are you counting macros? whats your stats?

without knowing a bit about you its really hard to give you any advice.............though I very much doubt sauce and a bit oil is going to destroy your diet, shit if you are struggling to eat then adding sauce is a great idea.
