Scrambling Eggs?!
i was just wondering if scrambling eggs, instead of eating just the egg whites, would take away any of the nutritional value? such as the high protein and what not.
i like scrambling my eggs with 1oz cheese and 1 tablespoon of butter so i'm getting some good protein & fats for breakfast.

Nope cooking them is fine, there is debates on cooking meat and what it does to proteins but I haven't heard anything on eggs, even so the reactions are very little unless you really burn something.

You'll be cool, I've heard the same about the protein as well...I don't know how much of an affect it has though. But temperature and Ph levels denature proteins so who knows..

Scramble them up, it shouldn't be a problem. I like to eat my scrambled eggs with cottage cheese, sometimes I have cottage cheese and sour cream with them.

I'm a mega cheese omelete guy! if you can get a good salsa not some crap from 7-11, it tastes even better! Yeah and a rye bagel on some days.
